		<description><![CDATA[Good post Brooks!  Its funny because we JUST talked about this a few days ago!  I have to agree though.  Although I do agree that most college grads assume they are entitled to a job(mostly because we worked so hard in school), it does not stop us, especially in this time, from constantly worrying about where we are going to be in the next few weeks or years. 

And also Brooks, don&#039;t let the fear of appearing &quot;cocky&quot; stop you from being honest about the things you have done in your career so far.  I know you have done some very impressive things, and you should be very proud and not be afraid to tell people about them! :)]]></description>
